(Initial and Monthly Services)

Interior
We will do a thorough inspection and design a customized treatment and preventive plan for your home or business.  We then treat all the key areas from entry points to potential harborage zones. Thus, giving you a complete barrier on the inside of your home or business.

Exterior
Will consist of a detailed treatment outside around the foundation 2 ft up and 3ft out, around windows, doors, eaves, weep holes, flower beds, shrubs and any other areas that may need to be treated as well.

Documentation
A Written inspection report will be added in the notes category of your service ticket and emailed to you upon completion of the service. This report will detail any issues and or potential hazards we may see while servicing your location. As well as detailed information on your service.

Rodent Services
Our general plan includes interior and exterior rodent control for residential services and interior rodent control only for commercial establishments.    We use traps, baits, and exclusion methods for rodent control. We use tamper proof bait stations for all baits. traps are placed in secure places where children and pets cannot reach them. We will identify potential areas where rodents are harboring and or gaining access to your structure. With suggestions on how to eliminate potential access to rodents.

Specialty Pests
Pests not covered under the general service program: Bed Bugs, Flies, Mosquitos, Snakes, Fleas, Ticks, Carpenter Ants, Fire Ants, Birds and Dumpster treatments.

Our Products
We use sprays, baits, dusts, and traps to set the pest barrier. (The majority of our products are labelled general use products) ‘general use’ as the use of the pesticide, when applied in accordance with its directions for use, warnings, and cautions, and for the uses for which it is registered, or for one or more of those uses, or in accordance with a widespread and commonly recognized practice, will not generally cause, without additional restrictions, unreasonably adverse effects on the environment, or injury to the applicator.)

3. As for budget reasons, you get 12 services compared to 4 services per year and peace of mind knowing your home or business is protected from those unwanted pests. All for just a little bit more than you would pay with quarterly service with another company.
