Services Provided

Patriot Pest Management offers professional pest control services, including but not limited to:

-Insect extermination

-Rodent control

-Bed bug treatments

-Preventative pest management

Services are provided for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Provide accurate information regarding their pest issues and property conditions.

Follow all preparation instructions provided before services are performed to ensure the effectiveness of treatments.

Allow reasonable access to their property for inspections and treatments.

 

Service Guarantee

Certain services may include a warranty or follow-up treatments, which will be specified in the service agreement.

The guarantee applies only if customers follow all preparation and post-treatment guidelines.

Patriot Pest Management is not responsible for new infestations resulting from conditions beyond our control, such as neighboring properties or reintroduction of pests.

 

Payments & Fees

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

A late fee may be applied to past-due invoices.

Refunds are only issued under special circumstances and at the sole discretion of Patriot Pest Management.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

Liability & Limitations

Patriot Pest Management is not liable for damages to personal property due to undisclosed conditions (e.g., structural weaknesses, hazardous materials, hidden infestations).

Our treatments are EPA-approved and applied by trained professionals, but we do not guarantee that individuals with sensitivities or allergies will not experience reactions.

Customers are responsible for keeping children and pets away from treated areas as advised.

 

Modifications to Terms

Patriot Pest Management reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can a pest control technician service my home?

We make every effort to provide prompt service, aiming to schedule appointments as soon as possible. Typically, we strive to accommodate same-day or next-day requests, ensuring a maximum waiting time of 48 hours for pest control. 

However, for bedbug treatments, we may require scheduling three or four days in advance due to specific preparation requirements. A prep list will be provided to guide you through the necessary steps, which may take a couple of days to complete before our arrival. This preparation ensures optimal conditions for our treatment and enhances its effectiveness.

Why should I use Patriot over doing it myself?

There are many reasons to use Patriot over do-it-yourself methods like using store-bought products for your pest control. 

  1. We are saving you time and worry all you have to do is sign up and you will no longer have to worry about pests.
  2. Most importantly our product contains much more potent active ingredients making it much more effective than over-the-counter solutions.
  3. Our spray lasts much longer than store-bought products after applying it. Our product is rain and weather-resistant and can stay effective for up to 3 months. On the other hand store sprays may need to be applied multiple times a month to see full results. 
  4. Our Exterminators are highly trained and professional. We know exactly what to look for and exactly how to handle it. We are trained and equipped to handle all types of pest problems that are frequent here in Midland, Odessa, and surrounding all through West Texas.
When is the best time to start Pest Control?

How often should I get my house treated for Pests?

Most people get their house treated every 2 to 3 months. Some cases are different depending on location, the specific issues, and other variables. Generally, when using a professional Pest Control company like Patriot, we recommend getting your house treated every 3 months to have a pest-free house year-round. 

Are Patriots Products safe for children and pets?

Yes, Our products are 100% child and pet-friendly. This is a valid question because pets and kids tend to spend a lot of time near the floor. However, we use products specifically designed to be safe for your whole family. We use a fast-drying solution give it 15-20 minutes and it will be like we never were even there!

Do you need pest control in the winter months?

Yes, As a pest control professional, I understand the misconception that pests are only a warm-weather concern. However, the reality is that the cold weather in the winter months presents their own set of challenges when it comes to pest control. While some pests may seem dormant during colder temperatures, many seek refuge indoors, where they can thrive in the warmth of our homes and businesses. Rodents, such as rats and mice, are notorious for seeking shelter indoors during the winter, posing serious health risks and property damage.

It is commonly believed that a bee can only sting once. This is partially true for honeybees, which can only sting once. However, other types of bees, wasps, and hornets are capable of stinging multiple times.
